EasySwap is a brand owned by BlueHelmet Services Private Limited

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations related to EasySwap's battery swapping services. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

 

1. Refund Policy

 

a. Refunds on Swapped Batteries

 

All transactions for battery swaps are considered final. We do not offer refunds for batteries that have been successfully swapped. Once a battery has been exchanged and the transaction is complete, it is not possible to reverse the charge.

 

b. Failed Transactions

 

In the event of a technical error or a failed transaction where your account was debited but a battery was not successfully swapped, a refund will be initiated automatically. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

 

c. Incorrect Charges

 

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our customer support team immediately with the transaction details. We will investigate the matter and, if an error is confirmed, a refund will be processed promptly.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

 

a. Cancelling a Transaction

 

A battery swap transaction cannot be canceled once the process has been initiated at a swapping station. The system is designed for instant exchange, and once the process starts, it cannot be stopped.

 

b. Cancelling Your Account

 

You can cancel your EasySwap account at any time. To do so, please contact our customer support team. Any remaining balance in your account (if applicable) will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any outstanding charges or fees.
